Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the FindDepth website and research service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FindDepth is an artificial intelligence (AI) research service. It searches for and reads publicly available sources on the topic or question you submit and presents the findings, with references, as a report. Reports are generated by AI systems with automated checks; you are interacting with an AI system, not a human researcher, and AI output can contain mistakes.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
- Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
3. Credits and payments
Researches are paid for with prepaid credits. Prices and the rules for using credits are set out in the Payments & Credits policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others;
- seek information intended to cause harm, including the creation of weapons, explosives or malicious software;
- compile personal information about individuals without a lawful basis, or harass, threaten or defame anyone;
- attempt to bypass security measures, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, or place an unreasonable load on it, including through automated means;
- abuse credits or promotional codes, for example by creating multiple accounts.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Credits in accounts terminated for misuse are forfeited.
5. Reports and disclaimer
- Reports are generated automatically from the sources the Service reads. Although figures are checked against the cited sources, reports may contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
- Reports are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
- Links in reports lead to third-party websites that we do not control and for which we are not responsible.
6. Your content and intellectual property
You retain the rights to the questions you submit. Subject to these Terms, you may use the reports generated for you for personal or commercial purposes. Rights in the sources quoted in reports remain with their respective owners. The FindDepth name, logo, software and website are owned by the service provider and may not be used without permission.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at any time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@finddepth.com. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
