Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data FindDepth processes, why, and for how long. It is provided in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other applicable data protection laws.
1. Data we process

We do not receive or store your card details; payments are handled by the payment provider on its own secure pages.
2. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing your account and the Service), to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting records), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure and preventing abuse.
3. Who receives data
- Hosting: our servers are located in a data centre in the European Union.
- Research service providers: to produce a report, your research question and the source texts are processed by AI and web-search service providers. Identifying details such as your email address are not sent to them.
- Payment provider: to process purchases.
- Authorities: only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising or share it with advertising networks. The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, only one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. The interface language is chosen from your browser or device language setting, which is read in your browser and not stored by us; if you pick a language yourself, that choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. This is functional storage only and is not used for tracking.
4. International transfers
Because our hosting and research service providers are located outside Türkiye, the data described above is transferred abroad, only to the extent necessary to provide the Service and subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, information about how it is processed and to whom it is transferred, and you may object to processing, as provided under KVKK Article 11 and other applicable laws. Send requests from your account’s email address to info@finddepth.com; we respond within 30 days, free of charge. You can delete your reports yourself at any time.
6. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, server access is restricted and repeated failed sign-in attempts are blocked.
7. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
